Seeking Histories Large & Small What ROCHESTER STORIES do you think should be handed down to future generations? Key Rochester historical and cultural organizations are working together with Art Walk to collect personal histories, large and small. In May 2008, organizers hosted an event to seek stories and photographs from throughout the Rochester community. The collection has not ended, stories can still be shared.

If you have something to share, please send it to historyscribe@rochesternota.com. Please note that by sending stories or images via email to "historyscribe," this implies your agreement that your submissions may appear on this website. (For any other use, we'll send you a release form to sign.)

Over time, your stories and photographs will form the basis of an archive for use by the public, and more immediately, by artists commissioned for an expansion of Art Walk. As noted above, portions of the archive may be made accessible on this webpage.
